Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Manage communication between technical teams, management, and clients
Monitor project progress and produce regular status reports
Implement best practices for project management and quality assurance
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures

Requirements
Essential:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with project management tools and software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
Experience in IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Experience working with external vendors and contractors

What We Offer

Salary: £38,400 per annum
Contract: 3-year fixed-term with potential for extension
