Summary
To provide care and support to people with a neurological condition in their own homes, community and our day centre in Leiston and Aldeburgh. To help people rebuild their lives. To deliver personal care as well as help them access meaningful activities. Very few 30 minute calls. Most calls are 3 -4 hours.
