Role Purpose
Camden Council is seeking a compassionate and technically skilled Careline Telecare Installation Review Officer to support vulnerable residents through the installation and review of community alarms and telecare equipment. This role is vital in delivering a responsive, dignified, and high-quality service that enhances safety and independence for elderly, disabled, and at-risk individuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and install telecare equipment, including advanced sensors (e.g. epilepsy, property exit, and high-level monitoring devices)
- Assess individual customer needs and tailor telecare solutions accordingly
- Ensure installations meet regulatory standards, including CQC compliance for group housing and care homes
- Maintain a proactive, solution-focused approach under challenging circumstances
- Support the delivery of a 24/7 emergency response service
