Summary
Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth across the UK and European markets. This is a unique opportunity to work in an international, performance-focused environment where your efforts directly contribute to business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across the UK and Europe.
Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and manage follow-ups and pipelines.
Ensure inbound leads are promptly contacted and converted into opportunities.
Collaborate with the founder and Sales & Marketing Executive to prioritize outreach and campaigns.
Sales & Relationship Management:
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build a strong client pipeline.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Attend virtual client meetings, webinars, and networking events to build relationships.
Use a consultative, multi-touch approach with strategically spaced follow-ups to engage prospects.
Revenue Generation & Negotiation:
Prepare proposals aligned with client requirements and pricing strategies.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Apply a consultative approach to address client concerns and close deals.
Market Research & Insights:
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Share insights with internal teams to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Report on business development activities, sales performance, and pipeline progress.
Track KPIs regularly to improve conversion rates and outreach strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support online client events, webinars, and virtual exhibitions.
Collect client feedback and assist in the smooth execution of virtual events.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition; exceptional freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also be considered.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written), negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Knowledge of UK and European markets is an advantage.
