Summary
This role delivers the duties of an MCTA Systems Engineer Trials Officer for all relevant Combat System related trials. This also includes the maintaining of professional standards through training and development to deliver assessments as required by NCHQ, DE&S and Naval Authority. This will require the ability to work independently, whilst portraying good leadership and communication skills that have been evidenced in a team working environment. This is a challenging but rewarding role that also provides excellent opportunities for personal and professional development whilst also supporting the RN ability to deploy and conduct operations globally.
Based in Victory Building in HMNB Portsmouth, the role will require visits to locations in the UK and overseas to conduct trials, assessments, assurance visits and progress meetings. Occasional weekend and overnight working will be required.
