Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Contract: 6-month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent
Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
- Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
- Negotiating payment plans
- Managing the collection of all payments and debts
- Responding to client enquiries
- Processing invoices
- Ensuring timely payments of debts
- Following up on overdue invoices and payments
- Producing monthly credit control reports
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in Oracle and Opera systems
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
