Are you passionate about supporting students and enhancing their university experience? QAHE is seeking a dedicated Student Support Coordinator to join our London campus team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality student services and contributing to a vibrant, inclusive academic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
·Coordinate student engagement activities and support services.
·Deliver and improve our advice and information service.
·Support enrolment and induction processes.
·Collaborate with teams on student casework, conduct, welfare, and visa compliance.
·Help students navigate personal extenuating circumstances and extension requests.
·Ensure accurate student records and contribute to UKVI audit readiness.
What We're Looking For
·Experienced in university operations and student support.
·Skilled in planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
·Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM and E:Vision systems.
·Committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Desirable Experience
·Line management and staff development.
·Working with international and home students.
·Knowledge of UK Higher Education policies and procedures.
