Acorn by Synergie is proud to be supporting a specialist contractor on a major long-term project in Port Talbot. We're currently looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Traffic Marshal to join the team on site.

This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable role with a company that values safety, teamwork, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage site traffic safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure clear access to and from site entrances at all times.
  • Support the wider site team with basic duties when traffic flow is minimal.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, workers, and supervisors to maintain safety on site.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification - CPCS preferred; NPORS with CSCS logo accepted.
  • Valid CCNSG Safety Passport or IOSH qualification.
  • Strong understanding of site safety and communication protocols.
  • Previous experience working on construction or building sites.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have own transport due to site location.
  • Full PPE required.
