We’re looking for a Trainee Surveyor to join our Regional Office in Exeter. What you’ll do:
Assist with quantity surveying tasks on residential developments
Support site measures, drawing take-offs, and rate production
Update key databases, licences, and cost records
Help price client extras and produce reports
Contribute to procurement, site admin, invoice processing, and material enquiries
Ensure health & safety compliance, including Covid-19 protocols
What we’re looking for:
Full UK Driving Licence
A-level education or equivalent
A keen interest in surveying
Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
Willingness to learn and meet deadlines
(Preferred) Knowledge of construction methods, contract law, and H&S standards
(Preferred) Studying or completed a construction-related qualification
