Summary
Trainee pizza chef starting at 25 hours going to 40+ hours per week
Learning all aspects of pizza making and kitchen duties including: -
Dough fermentation, portioning and balling
Pizza making, preparing/cooking ingredients
Pizza cooking on gas/wood oven
Kitchen cleaning, food hygiene
You will be part of a small skilled team and will receive training from the owner and head chef.
The right candidate must have good personal hygiene, reliable, punctual and be able to work under pressure.
The role will have a 3 month probation period after which time you will receive in addition to salary, staff uniform, share of tips, staff discount.
