Summary
Autonomous practice utilising your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients, ensuring comprehensive clinical care. Excelling in communication, both verbal and nonverbal, establishing rapport with patients and caregivers. Making confident decisions and communicating them effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding. Recognising and initiating where appropriate advice of relevant specialisms. Maintaining appropriate clinical records in line with current practice guidelines. Working effectively as part of a multi professional team in collaboration with other members of the service. Discharging or referring patients as appropriate to internal or external clinical pathways.
