ARC Group are recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a new build project in Fakenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to join a principal contractor on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inductions and ensure Health & Safety compliance

  
  

• Review and manage RAMS, COSHH, Lift Plans etc.

  
  

• Work to site programmes and schedules

  
  

• Supervise trades and subcontractors on site

  
  

• Coordinate with the Site Engineer on setting out, cut/fill requirements

  
  

• Oversee all civils works including drainage, kerbing, ducting, foundations, attenuation, and surfacing

  
  

• Maintain quality standards across all works

  
  

• Communicate effectively with the client, project team, and workforce

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils projects

    
    

  • Strong knowledge of principal contractor duties

    
    

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

    
    

  • Able to work to deadlines and deliver quality results

    
    

  • Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

    
    

  • CSCS card (black or gold preferred)

    
    

  • First Aid at Work certification

    
    

  • Other relevant tickets/qualifications (e.g. Temporary Works, Lift Supervisor) desirable

    
    

    Start Date: Ideally Monday 1st September 2025, but some flexibility is available for the right candidate.
