Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Negotiator role in a Real Estate company based in London. It collaborates with a network of experienced property solicitors who are knowledgeable in handling the legal matters of overseas buyers, ensuring clients are connected with the right professionals for a seamless purchasing process. The company is currently seeking a skilled and motivated sales professional to join its team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the sales process, including handling inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and finalising contracts.

Job Requirements:

Proven expertise in delivering outstanding customer service.
Skilled in developing and nurturing lasting client relationships.
In-depth knowledge of the regional real estate market.
Excellent command of English and fluency in Mandarin are essential.
One year of experience in property sales is preferred.
Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret market data to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Draft and manage contracts and documentation related to property sales and leases.
Offer informed guidance to clients, helping them make strategic decisions based on their property goals.
Stay current with changes in the local real estate landscape.
Accurately record and manage all transactions and client communications.
Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and with professionalism.
Coordinate and conduct property viewings, collecting and communicating feedback from prospective buyers.
Oversee daily applicant management, including scheduling viewings and driving property sales.
Maintain comprehensive and organized records in the internal CRM/database.
Handle multi-channel inquiries with a high standard of service.
