Summary

The post holder will work with the GP Practice teams to support, but not limited to, delivery of the Covid-19/ Seasonal Flu vaccination programmes. To provide project programme support to the Springfield Park PCN To coordinate activities, project tasks and organise the resources to ensure adequate vaccine supply in the right place without waste. The post holder will work with the regional vaccine supply team (SVOC), practice managers and other primary care professionals within the PCN Key Responsibilities Work with practice managers and the Covid-19 programme director to ensure supply of vaccine is available Co-ordinate and monitor the vaccine stock position in Springfield Park PCN; identify, escalate and manage risks and issues associated with vaccine supply Prepare and distribute reports and action updates following meetings as required. Maintain project documentation and ensure project documents, risk logs , process maps and other updates are stored and accessed by project managers and other key stakeholders Knowledge, Training, and Experience Required to Do the Job Knowledge and understanding of on-site systems and procedures Understanding of the Data Protection Act and confidentiality issues Good experience of IT systems and packages including Microsoft excel Experience in data collection and providing monitoring information Experience of team working within a patient-facing role Commitment and willingness to undertake learning and development courses as required ensuring competency of role, this will include NHS statutory and mandatory training. Understanding confidentiality, Data Protection/Freedom of Information Act.
