Summary
We are actively seeking a highly organised and proactive Music Timetable Administrator to join our Music team on a part-time basis. This is a key role, responsible for managing and maintaining the centralised timetable of around 550 individual music lessons delivered by both Visiting Music Teachers (VMTs) and school staff.
Working closely with the Director of Music, teaching staff and VMTs, you will ensure the smooth running of the timetable by identifying and resolving potential clashes, responding to day-to-day changes and handling timetable enquiries. Strong communication skills will be essential, as the role involves liaising with staff, pupils and parents, while also taking into account co-curricular activities, examinations and school trips.
The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role and will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, time-management and strong communication skills. Confident IT skills, including knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace, are essential.
