Are you passionate about hairdressing and inspiring the next generation of professionals? South Devon College is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Trainer Facilitator – Hairdressing to join our vibrant team.
As a Trainer Facilitator, you’ll deliver engaging and inclusive instruction to students across a range of hairdressing programmes. You’ll assess student progress, contribute to curriculum development, and support learners through pastoral care and welfare systems. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality assurance, ensuring compliance with awarding body regulations, and promoting equality and safety in all aspects of your work.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing or a related subject with experience in teaching/training and commercial hairdressing. You will have strong communication skills and a passion for student development.
