Job Title: Warehouse Picker
Location: The Compleat Food Group, Wellington House, Wynyard Avenue, Wynyard. TS22 5TB
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off (days & nights rotating)
Pay: £13.21 per hour
Reporting To: Shift Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing
* Picking orders – accurately and efficiently, around 30 pallets per shift
* Stock taking – supporting Stock Controllers and Supervisors with accurate information
* Traceability – completing picking grids and paperwork in line with company procedures
* Loading vehicles – ensuring customer orders are safely loaded ready for dispatch
* Teamwork – liaising with Stock Controllers and Supervisors to resolve any issues
* Good housekeeping – keeping your work area safe and tidy
* Operating equipment – including fork lift trucks and pedestrian riders (training provided if needed)
* Following health & safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe
What We’re Looking For
* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* An eye for detail with excellent numeracy skills (mental arithmetic is a bonus!)
* Strong communication skills
* Driving licence (not essential)
* Fork lift licence (training provided if you don’t have one
