Summary
InBond Document Management Limited is a leading provider of specialist Warehousing and Document Management Services.
Following a period of structured growth, InBond are looking to recruitment a Case Note Picker / Filer / Driver to join the existing warehouse Team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to learn in a practical environment.
Working 35 hrs per week between 7am – 11 pm Monday – Friday. Weekend on call may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of documents and other products to clients on various sites.
Ensure customer service is a priority and is delivered at all times
Responsible for own health and safety and those working within the warehouse
Retrieve and store client files / boxes / products
Pull out requested patient notes from warehouse locations following the pick / instruction provided. Delivering them back to the Customer (In line with the delivery deadlines, as per the Service Level Agreement.)
Deliver and/or collect files using the Company vehicle as and when required.
Receive boxes of notes, empty boxes, sort notes into correct order, update the system and file notes back into appropriate section of warehouse.
Complete daily documentation relating to the processing of files.
Required to use the PC and Bar Code Scanners for data input.
Be part of a shift rotation rota
Working at height using MHE on a regular basis.
Required to lift heavy boxes of records on a daily basis.
General warehousing duties to include moving of stock and housekeeping.

The Company offers an attractive salary and benefit package, including 20 days’ annual leave per year (including bank holidays), increase by 1 day for each completed year of service (up to a maximum of 25 days per annum (including bank holidays) and a Company pension scheme.
