Summary

Role overview

As a Family Engagement Manager, you will manage Pact’s Family engagement casework with prisoners within the prison and, you will
organise Family Days periodically.

In addition, you will provide occasional assistance in the other roles within the Visits Centre such as booking in visitors,
supporting families & their children to ensure they have a positive visits experience.




About You:




To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and
understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving prisoners and/or their
families. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will have the
ability to contribute to the planning and development of Pact’s family work and also have knowledge of safeguarding/child
protection practice. Furthermore, you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in building
partnerships with a range of agencies.
