Summary

Are you looking for a part time paid role working up to 8 hours a week in term time?

Do you enjoy being outside and helping your local community?



We are looking for School Crossing Patrollers across various locations in the city to ensure the safety of children crossing the road near our schools.

Ralph Butterfield Primary School, Station Road, Haxby
Robert Wilkinson Primary Academy, West End Strensall
Archbishop of York Junior School, Copmanthorpe Lane, Bishopthorpe
St. Oswalds Primary School Heslington Lane, Fulford




This is a role dealing with the general public and you should be able to communicate well with children and young people, members of the public and drivers, be punctual and enjoy working with people.

The role involves being outside in all-weather with periods of time standing and walking.



Pay starts at £12.80 per hour for up to 8 hours per week.
