Summary

Job Overview:

To assist with general administration tasks within the Delivery department. You will support the department and assist The Housing Network in its mission to provide "more than a roof" and deliver 10,000 units of safe and inspiring accommodation.

Responsibilities & Duties

Reporting to the Delivery manager, this role involves accurately entering data into excel spreadsheets and creating new property records within our property management system. You will also be responsible for the creation of SharePoint files, handling bookings queries and ensuring that data records are kept up to date at all times.

Additionally, you will manage a shared email inbox and support the team by completing various administrative tasks as needed.

Your keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be essential in handling data entry and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Functions and Duties

  • Accurate data entry into excel spreadsheets and our bespoke property management system
  • Creating and maintaining property records within our internal system
  • Managing and responding to emails in a shared inbox
  • Answering phone calls from landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders professionally
  • Creating SharePoint files
  • Managing a shared inbox
  • Sending relevant proposal forms to our clients
  • Occasionally reviewing and approving invoices
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
