Your new company
This pharmaceutical organisation in Central London is recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is an ongoing temporary role with the potential for permanency and is available for candidates who can start immediately. The role is full-time Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week with all 5 days in the office.
Your new role
Working within the Finance & Business Services team, the purpose of this role is to manage the office space and environment and provide efficient administrative support to the wider team. The duties for this role will include:
- Managing the office space, ensuring it is maintained to a good standard for staff and visitors.
- Acting as first point of contact for clients, visitors and guests to the office.
- Managing meeting rooms including setting up, packing down and managing equipment.
- Assisting with facilities requests including access, office maintenance, liaising with security.
- Maintaining the email inbox, monitoring and directing where possible.
- Liaising with vendors and clients, assisting with processing invoices and raising purchase orders.
- Managing office budget and optimising where possible.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
- Proven experience in an Office Coordination/Management role in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency in multiple software programs, including the MS Suite.
- Experience with finance/procurement administration is highly advantageous.
- Highly organised individual with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Can-do, flexible attitude coupled with a high work ethic and ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
