Summary
Dispatch Operator
Location: Evesham (own transport required)
Pay: 12.71 per hour
Role:
We are looking for a Dispatch Operator to join our busy operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth loading, unloading, and handling of orders while supporting production lines.
Responsibilities:
. Load and offload orders according to daily plans
. Work in a small team, supporting production lines with raw materials and taking away ready orders
. Produce delivery notes and loading manifests
. Use PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) - license and experience required
. Manage harvest and packing dates (oldest stock used first)
. Inform supervisory and QC teams of potential issues with loading/offloading schedules
. Organise fridges and rotate raw materials according to harvest dates
. Liaise with supervisory team, transport department, and external hauliers
. Maintain tidy and clean intake/dispatch areas and fridges
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 2 days off (1 weekend day, 1 midweek day)
. Shift pattern: 1. 06:00 - 15:30; 2. 07:00 - 16:30 3. 08:00 - 17:30 4. 08:30 - 18:00
. Average 45 hours per week
