At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative roles to work with Unipart Logistics in Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, Evesham (WR11 8TS). You will be part of a busy and committed team in a Global Aftermarket Distribution Centre, supporting Jaguar Land Rover's continued growth with parts packing, branded goods operations, and customer support.

Shift Patterns:

  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:30

Pay Rates:

  • Days: £12.77 per hour

  • Overtime (weekday): £16.60 per hour

  • Overtime (weekend): £25.54 per hour

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write basic English

  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Numerical skills and attention to accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Awareness of Health & Safety

  • MHE experience desirable but not essential

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

  • Pick, check, store, and pack automotive goods manually or using RDT technology with high accuracy

  • Pump truck stacks of full totes and sort to the correct department

  • Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and types are loaded onto cages

  • Load and unload trailers safely and according to procedures

  • Report any errors, damages, or quality issues

  • Frequent heavy lifting

  • Work to standard operating procedures and company policies

  • Maintain high levels of Health & Safety awareness

  • Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations

  • Support colleagues and team leaders in day-to-day tasks

  • Undertake other reasonable duties as required
