Summary

Support project managers to plan, track and deliver projects on time, in scope and within budget. Work across scheduling, documentation, stakeholder coordination, risks/issues, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Planning & scheduling: Build/maintain project plans, timelines and calendars; update milestones and dependencies.

Documentation: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, maintain action logs, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers, change requests, and lessons learned.

Reporting: Produce weekly status updates, dashboards and RAG reports; track KPIs, budgets and resource utilisation.

Stakeholder coordination: Arrange meetings/stand-ups, chase actions, manage comms with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Risk & issue management: Flag risks early, log mitigation/owners, follow through to closure.

Quality & delivery support: Coordinate UAT, gather acceptance evidence, manage snag lists and handover packs.
