Summary
Your New Role:
- Reporting to the head of recruitment and retention, joining a team of 3 with the growth of the organisation, and the potential to recruit in the US alongside the UK.
You will be:
- Collaborating with hiring managers on the creation of engaging job descriptions
- Acting as an ambassador for the company
- First point of contact for candidates
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle through to offer, working on a variety of roles at all levels
- Conducting telephone interviews and coordinating further interview stages
- Updating the ATS and ensuring the system is kept up to date
- Organising and hosting internal recruitment days
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years full recruitment lifecycle experience
- Experience of direct sourcing, Boolean searches, headhunting and using LinkedIn recruiter
- Demonstrable experience in delivering a first-class candidate experience
- Experience organising/hosting recruitment days/assessment centres
- Knowledge/experience of pharma/healthcare/publishing
- Values driven
