ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of operatives as well as conducting pre and post inspections of works. The role involves organising and allocating the operative workload, ensuring that all works meet the required quality and safety standards. Additionally, the position requires liaising with both clients and tenants regarding the works being carried out.SkillsThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in site supervision, preferably within a social housing environment. They should possess experience in one or multiple trades such as painting and decorating, carpentry, or plumbing. Additionally, proven experience as a painting supervisor or in a similar role is required. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
