Summary
Logistics Operative Role
We require motivated individuals to work in a Hospital Transport service, the ideal applicant will have a good knowledge of the local Dudley area and the wider neighboring boroughs, the service delivers a number of important goods covered by various regulations, these include Diagnostic Specimens, Units of Human Blood, Theatre Instruments, Patient Information, Waste, Laundry, Food, Radioactive material, Drugs Mail and much more that assists and supports clinical teams and the Hospital in its smooth operation, we work to timed schedules as well as being prepared for the un-planned, our services are delivered across the Dudley Healthcare environment which includes GP Surgeries, Health Center's, neighboring NHS Trusts, Diagnostic Center's, Vaccine Center's, etc. we work 7 days a week and 5 days over the 7 through a 10 week rotation the hours run from 06:00am – 22:00pm with only a 7.5 hour shift required to be worked for full time hours, the ideal person should be self-motivating, achiever, results driven – this role will combine with waste services.
This is an opportunity for the right person who will work through an agency initially working towards a full time post, Uniform is provided and all training requirements are provided through certification, buddy trained and other various methods so that our employees are fully invested in.

Saturday Rate : £16.02/h
Sunday Rate : £19.22/h
Location: Russell Hall Hospital, Pensnett Road, Dudley, DY1 2HQ
Vehicle will be provided by hospital
Full UK permit driving license is required
