Summary
A well-established private client team is seeking a Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its growing practice. The team specialises in complex, high-value estate administration and offers the opportunity to work with long-standing clients on technically challenging matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on capital tax planning, trusts, asset protection, and succession
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
- Managing estate administration, including high-value and complex estates
- Handling inheritance tax calculations, HMRC submissions, and post-death planning
Key requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in private client work
- STEP membership (or willingness to qualify)
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with attention to detail
