We are looking for a skilled and proactive Property Litigation Solicitor to join an established team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years of post-qualification experience to work on a diverse and challenging caseload involving complex property disputes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising and representing clients in landlord and tenant disputes, including possession claims, lease renewals, and dilapidations.
  • Handling matters involving easements, adverse possession, and restrictive covenants.
  • Managing rights to light claims and other contentious property issues.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other litigation documents.
  • Engaging in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.


Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in property litigation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law and wider property dispute matters.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of Leeds.
