Summary

Machine Operators - Livingston

We're looking for Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team in Livingston. This role involves working in a modern production environment where safety and quality come first.

The role:

• Operating machinery to produce products to exact specifications

• Ensuring formulations meet required quality and volume standards

• Supporting productivity improvements and quality enhancements

• Maintaining good housekeeping standards in your work area

• Working safely in a chemical-handling environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is essential

• Knowledge of the print or coatings industry would be an advantage

• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

• Team players with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Comfortable working with chemicals (full training and PPE provided)

Shift Pattern:

• Currently operating a 12-hour day/night shift rotation

• Moving to a 3-shift pattern from late September

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary: £28,083.27

• Increased to £31,343.95 after successful probation
