Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor with strong expertise in landlord and tenant matters and commercial property management. The role involves negotiating leases, rent reviews, and property transactions, as well as managing estate portfolios and advising on acquisitions and disposals. You’ll also conduct valuations, prepare reports, and support strategic property decisions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in landlord and tenant negotiations
- Commercial property management expertise
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple property-related tasks independently
