Bricklaying Technician
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary
Hours: 37 per week

Start Date: Immediate or after notice period
Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a prestigious Further Education college to recruit an experienced Bricklaying Technician on a temporary basis.
The Bricklaying Technician will:
- Support the delivery of high-quality Brickwork and Construction programmes.
- Prepare, set up, and maintain workshop tools, equipment, and resources.
- Assist lecturers in delivering practical demonstrations and assessments.
- Monitor student activity in workshops, ensuring safe and effective working practices.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding standards at all times.
- A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Brickwork/Construction (Level 3 preferred).
- Strong industry experience within Bricklaying and general construction.
- Experience supporting teaching, training, or mentoring in a workshop environment.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
