We are looking for a Senior Workplace Manager to lead a Workplace Team across a multi-site client portfolio.

This brand-new account offers the chance to shape operations, ensuring high-quality customer experiences while maintaining Health and Safety, Security, and Compliance standards.

Job Description

As Senior Workplace Manager, you will identify areas for improvement and implement practical, cost-effective solutions, while also supporting the training and development of your team to enhance skills and performance.

This role is ideal for a strong FM professional with an analytical mindset who enjoys leading a team and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Workplace operations across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring delivery to agreed standards and excellent customer experience.
Act as deputy to the Workplace Operations Manager, providing support and covering key functions as required.
Maintain and manage workplace records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Coordinate services such as cleaning, catering, maintenance, and supplier activities to ensure seamless operation and SLA compliance.
Monitor and update workplace management systems, generating reports on occupancy, usage, and service performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, maintaining ESG initiatives and audit records.
Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, and support the rollout of new workplace technologies or initiatives.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Extensive experience managing full FM services across multiple regions.
Strong contract management capabilities with a focus on service delivery and customer journey.
Deep understanding of Intelligent Buildings and associated technologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive FM decisions.
Skilled in managing technology and data-driven FM processes.
Experience operating in demanding client environments with high expectations.
Knowledge of multiple site management, including commercial offices and serviced spaces.
