Summary
• To work as a core member of thechild excess weight (CEW)team.
The post holder will work independently within the remit of the role but under the guidance and supervision of theConsultant Lead for CEW.
• Tomonitorthe implementation and provision of care and support forchildrenin theCEWservice at UHD
• To help young people withexcess weightaccess the support services they need.
• Link with local and national teams to keep up to date with programme,networkand recommendations
• To actively encourage patient engagement in the on-going development of personalised care and support initiatives.
