Pay Rate: £12.45 per hour + 12.07% hourly bonus (paid instead of accrued annual leave)
Position: Relief / Bank - Flexible Hours Across Weekdays, Weekends & Sleep-In Shifts

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll be stepping into different services to provide essential support. Your responsibilities may include:

- Personal Care - Supporting individuals with dignity and respect

- Community Engagement - Accompanying people on outings, appointments, and social activities

- Mobility Support - Assisting wheelchair users and using hoists where required

- Meal Preparation - Supporting with cooking and dietary needs

- Medication Administration - Ensuring individuals receive their prescribed medication

- Daily Living Skills - Helping with budgeting, shopping, and household tasks

- Emotional Support - Promoting wellbeing and managing behaviours positively

Shift Patterns

Flexible shifts available across the week, including:

- Day Shifts: 7:00am - 4:00pm / 4:00pm - 10:00pm

- Sleep-In Shifts: 10:00pm - 7:00am

- Waking Nights: 10:00pm - 7:00am

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
