The Role
The University of Roehampton Professional Services Limited is recruiting for a service
and solution-focused Programme Administrator within one of the Five Schools/
Faculty at Roehampton University.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment
and is eager to make a significant impact. This role will require confidence in
communication with internal and external stakeholders and attention to detail to
maintain processes and regulations.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting our ongoing growth and contributing to the
changes taking place within the university. It is an exciting opportunity for someone

role would be suitable for candidates that have a background in University/Service
Sector administration.

Key activities of the role include: Undertaking administration relating to the student
academic experience; Providing excellent customer service to students and other
stakeholders; Ensuring academic programmes are administered, and that all relevant
activities are completed in line with University processes and within required
deadlines.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are excited about contributing to the
growth and change happening within the University. To succeed in this role, you
should have a "can do" solutions-focused approach with a service mindset.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office and excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written, are essential for effectively engaging with a range of stakeholders.
Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are also vital attributes, as you will be
expected to manage conflicting requirements and prioritise your work effectively
