We are currently looking to appoint either a Principal Building Control Surveyor or Building Control Surveyor. Post appointment will depend on level of experience and qualifications. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, progressive and ambitious Building Control Surveyor to joinandnbsp;our Building Control team in the Principal Building Control Surveyor role. The types of Building Regulation applications received is varied and the role includes plan checking, site inspection, enforcement and dealing with dangerous structures. It also includes supporting with the administration of the Safety at Sports Grounds Act and advising the councils Public Events Safety Advisory Group, as well as deputising for the Building Control Manager where required.
