Summary
Undertake all Electrical works including new installations and repairs /services as necessary.
To undertake an assessment of repairs reported by customers, to diagnose the fault and provide information that will enable a decision to be made on the best and most cost-effective course of action to resolve the problem.
To plan and organise workload to maximise productive time and ensure the best service to customers.
This includes dealing with urgent and emergency repairs and ensuring, as far as practicable, that all appointments and targets are met.
Qualified to City & Guilds 2361 Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent NVQ Level 3.
Possession of City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent inspection and testing certification.
Proven ability to carry out inspection, testing, and certification in line
with current regulations.
Good understanding of current legislation, building control requirements and governing body requirements.
Experience in similar position; with EICR, New installations & repairs, SWA, Tray, Conduit, Trunking, Heating controls, Emergency lighting & Fire alarms.
Must be a reliable individual.
Open to potential extra hours.
UK Driving License.

To drive a company vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 6 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
