Job role : Maintenance Assistant
Full Time
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Cycas Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. This position is pivotal to our success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate's skills and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Assisting with the upkeep of the hotel's grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
Responding promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance issues
Working with hotel staff to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and employees
Assisting with the maintenance of the hotel's equipment and machinery
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
