We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the education and development of primary school students.

Position description / Job description

  • Provide individual and group support to primary school students.
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Expectations / Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

  • You possess an enhanced DBS check on the updated service.
  • You have a full UK Enhanced DBS.
  • You have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in the UK.
  • You have experience working with primary school students.
  • You are flexible and able to work both full-time and on a long-term basis.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • You are passionate about supporting student's learning and development.
