Location: Elsham Wold Industrial Estate
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Position: Potato Grader
Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
⏸️ Breaks: 1.5 hours unpaid
Transport: Must have own transport
Duration: Seasonal work until December
We're looking for reliable individuals to join our team as Potato Graders, working in a fast-paced environment at Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and grading potatoes based on size and quality
- Removing defective produce
- Building and repairing pallets
- General cleaning and tidying of the work area
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Working efficiently as part of a production line
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a team and follow instructions
- Must have own transport due to location
- No experience required - full training provided!
