Seasonal Job Opportunity: Potato Grader
Location: Elsham Wold Industrial Estate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
⏸️ Breaks: 1.5 hours unpaid
Transport: Own transport required
Contract Type: Seasonal (until December)
About the Role:
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Potato Graders to join a busy and friendly team at Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a hands-on, practical role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and grading potatoes by size and quality
- Identifying and removing defective produce
- Building and repairing pallets
- General cleaning and tidying of the work area
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Working efficiently as part of a production line

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Must have own transport due to location
