Join LED Leisure and help people feel better and get more out of life. We're looking for a motivated Fitness & Wellbeing Coach to
support our members in achieving their health and fitness goals in a welcoming, community-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver fitness MOTs and personalised training plans
* Support member journeys and retention initiatives
* Lead exercise classes (if qualified)
* Promote wellbeing programmes and provide fitness advice
* Maintain safe and welcoming facilities
* Assist with tours, membership sales, and customer engagement
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (YMCA or equivalent)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing
Desirable: First Aid certificate, Exercise to Music or coaching qualifications
