Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Nights, 48 Hours per week - £22.50 per hour + Paid Breaks
We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a well-established Nursing and Dementia Care Home. The home is based in an attractive, fully refurbished property designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
As a Night Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents with dignity and compassion, and working within a collaborative team that values your clinical expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- Active NMC Pin – Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Previous experience in a nursing home, elderly care, or dementia care setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical and medication management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, proactive, and resident-focused approach

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents
- Administer and manage medications in line with NMC standards
- Create, review, and update individualised care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, care staff, and families to ensure holistic care
