About us

Angard Staffing is the dedicated agency provider for the Royal Mail.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join our Royal Mail talented team. This role is key to supporting recruitment activities across the UK, helping us attract top talent through engaging and well-executed events.

Location: Sheffield Delivery Office, Pond Street, Sheffield

Hours: 09:00am – 17:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour

Contract: Until end of December (potential to be extended)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office (flexible and open to discussion)

The role

  • Coordinating logistics for recruitment events, including external job fairs and internal open days
  • Managing a centralised events calendar and overseeing event setup and communications
  • Ensuring timely delivery and return of event materials and maintaining an accurate asset register
  • Preparing and briefing volunteers and team members to represent Royal Mail professionally
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with planning, reporting, and post-event follow-up
  • Keeping accurate records of event participation, feedback, and outcomes
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to align events with hiring needs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for all event-related queries

  • Strong interest in Recruitment Marketing
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Experience in event coordination or recruitment support is a plus
  • A team player with a proactive mindset
