Clarify the project scope and definition in order to plan effectively Identify, assess and prioritise risk associated with the project Develop and monitor project plans to achieve goals Correctly identify dependencies and deliverables Prepare Project Stage documentation and reports including: Highlight, End Stage, End Project, and Lessons Learned Report taking any required follow-on action and or recommendations. Ensure that appropriate advice and guidance is sought and applied in specialist areas including procurement and communications Direct and motivate the project team while emphasising a focus on product delivery Ensure that evaluations are conducted to accurately measure progress against plans including dependencies. Oversee change control and any required configuration management Develop solutions to project problems Ensure completion of project activities and goals have been achieved to agreed schedule, costs and quality Manage and communicate with a significant number of stakeholders and UK NHS employees and organisations, with no direct line responsibility requiring highly developed communication skills To write and ensure Project Level Business Cases meets the DHCW strategic direction
