Summary
To provide a point of contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other medical staff To meet & greet visitors, ensuring visitor procedures are maintained and directing them to their final destination. To provide excellent patient service and maintain a professional manner at all times Resolving both telephone and face to face enquiries to the patient / guest or visitors satisfaction To work as part of a multi-disciplinary primary care team providing excellence in primary care to the residents of Eastern Birmingham
