Summary
To provide patient and customer centered services, recognising the contribution of catering services to the overall patient experience and work with Directorates in the identification and development of new models of service provision to improve patient care. To ensure that the catering team support the PLACE assessments and process for the Trust. To develop and operate a quality monitoring system to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained at all times across the range of services to maximise patient/customer satisfaction and ensure that any variance to performance targets are managed pro-actively. To manage the resolution of complaints, conflicts and issues from patients, staff, suppliers, other internal and external service providers and partner organisations in a timely and appropriate manner in line with the Trust Policy, procedures and service delivery values and priorities.
