Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Fred & Ann Green Rehabilitation Centre at Mexborough Montagu Hospital. We are looking for forward thinking positive and motivated Care Support Workers to join our excellent award winning services. The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team assisting the patients with personal and physical care needs. We will like applicants who are interested in developing their skills across a number of areas - General RehabilitationStroke RehabilitationVascular RehabilitationParkinsons Disease CareDementia The Rehabilitation Centre is committed to delivering holistic patient centred goal driven rehabilitation by an integrated multidisciplinary team. Please ensure you read both documents carefully. ****** IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ ****** Posts may involve working long days, weekends, bank holidays, Easter and Christmas including a 24 hour, 7 day a week shift pattern (rotational shifts, with enhanced pay for weekends and nights). You will be required to complete the Care Certificate qualification as part of your on-going training. The Care Certificate is an agreed set of standards that define the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of specific job roles in the health and social care sectors. The qualification is made up of the 15 minimum standards that should be covered if you are 'new to care' and will form part of a robust induction programme Certificate of sponsorship Applications from individuals who require a Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applicants.
